We came for a month from out of state looking for the perfect area. Rick was very patient with us. Sending us all the listings that fit our interests. We found our dream house on one of the listings he sent us after we came home. Very scary move for us but Rick guided us with the purchase. He made us feel very comfortable, sight unseen is the normal these days. We were lucky everything worked out. Paul Wheeler was a big help for Rick in our sale. They both help us and guided us with all our questions. Paul was there with us during the inspection and will be doing the walk thru when the sellers move out. Since we are still out of state.
