John's team had reached out to me. I am very glad they did! Prior to our meeting I had some unfortunate agent issues which caused my wife and I to be very disappointed with the whole house selling endeavor. An agent that I hired, one that was new, failed at every aspect of selling. Didn't follow my direction for pricing. Not only failed, but costs us nearly a year of market value and prospects. To top it all off, he even had a clause that prevented us from selling without him getting a cut. Then another agent that I was interviewing was not looking like he was also right.
