From this recent experience, I can say with full confidence that Eliza Miller made all the difference. She helped sell a property for my family. The transaction was challenging as it was located out of state for me, so communication was of utmost importance. Eliza is extremely skilled when it comes to distilling down the facts and communicating with appropriate urgency the ins and out of selling a property. Not only that, but Eliza went above and beyond what I expected as an agent, especially because I could not be on site much of the time. I also found Eliza to be very knowledgeable when it came to pricing the home, in fact, she was spot on her prediction for the final sales price. She offered excellent information and guided us through the process. There were quite a few ups and downs from the Buyers perspective, but Elize took it all in stride and kept things right on track.
