The͏ BEST for buying or selling- 4x clients: This was our 4th time working with Amy and Noreen (twice before as buyers, this time as sellers and renters), and we would never even consider other realtors. We previously had no personal connections to either of them, they were highly recommended from other clients and we are so glad to have gotten them recommended to us. They are the complete package with nothing lacking. They are extremely efficient and do not waste time. They keep communication open, always making sure we’re on the same page. They are always willing to go above and beyond, we let them know any time we have a question or problem and they immediately help us, even after the sale has gone through and they have nothing to gain. Amy is a genius at paperwork and all of the behind-the-scenes technicalities; we feel complete confidence in all of the important legal parts of buying/selling and the paperwork has gone perfectly smoothly all 4 times. Noreen is an expert at showings, she’s so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the properties. Both Amy and Noreen are passionate about their careers as realtors and are always furthering their education and involvement in the world of realty; this is not a job they they just do in their spare time and they are fully committed to their clients. For the 2 properties that we bought, our first offers were accepted (below asking price). For our house sale, we had only 1 open house and received 7 offers before completing the sale above asking price. We are constantly hearing stories of realtors who are slow to respond, unknowledgeable, and/or don’t seem to care enough and we recommend Amy and Noreen every time.
