We interviewed several real estate agents before choosing KC Harder and we’re so glad we did. She was clear about the process, what her compensation included and exactly what we needed to do to get our home market-ready—despite listing off-peak. After painting over the loud colors left by a previous owner, staging and listing, the house went under contract in just four days for $15,000 more than what other realtors told us we’d be “lucky” to get. We closed early, and KC made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend her—thank you, KC!

I had a fantastic experience working with Joe McKiernan as my realtor. He is professional, timely, and incredibly easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Joe really listened to what we wanted and was able to find us a mid-century modern home in the exact location we were looking for. His strong connections and local knowledge helped move everything along quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Megan made my first home buying experience enjoyable AND successful! Everything went very smoothly, from the first viewing of the home till the closing. She was professional, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we found our new home! I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to buy a home!
