Christina has been more than helpful in ensuring our needs were met in the purchasing process. Our bank had many requirements and hold ups before closing, and Christina communicated with the seller to make sure we were both up to date on closing dates, appraisals, and anything else that arose. She is extremely friendly and helpful, which I appreciate since this is my first rental property. It is evident she has a strong knowledge of investment properties and the management that goes along with them.
