Mariel is a great and diligent realtor, she is patient and always available to go on showings no matter how many times you need to search for props even if you don't buy. She will give you her expert opinion even if that might keep you from buying because as she told us, it is the right thing to do. When you have someone on your side that is an expert and also you feel secure that you are really investing in something that is not being pushed to you so you buy it, then your investment is not only safe but easier. Will recommend her to anyone and also hope she keeps working with us and help us grow our real estate portfolio. A hard phrase to say these days and also in this market, We trust her! Jeff was very professional and great to have on your side. He was attentive to our needs and was very flexible when we pivoted in new directions. Accessibility was a plus, he made himself available at all times and that was important for us. His knowledge was also appreciated since we are new to Florida. We were very selective and he was very patient as we went from house to house. We would work with him again in a heartbeat.
