There would not be enough space to express my gratitude for the professionalism provided by Haylee. I called her on Friday, January 13th at 7:10 am, I was outside USA and wanted her to see a property. She required all the documents in case I liked the apartment to make the offer immediately. She made a video, I liked and the same day by 5:00 pm the seller accepted my offer. It wouldn't have happened if she hadn't been prepared in advance. It was the best communication I've ever had to do a business. I trusted her and her judgement. And the best references for the inspection and the title company, all on time.
