I interviewed 3 agents to sell my fathers house. One just showed me 1 year old comparable sales and just low-balled the price. The second places the value extremely high and was more interested in selling me her “staging”. Paula asked a few simple questionA: “What was my goal?” “How can I help?” She took the time to survey the property and came back the next day with a presentation and a sales plan. All along the process I was kept informed by Paula and her courteous staff. Paula developed suggestions/ideas to present the property and it sold for asking price.
