My realtor, Gary Barton, was professional and hands-on throughout the entire process. He gave me invaluable tips on minor improvements to the property. He hosted several open houses and advertised relentlessly. Because of Gary's knowledge of the market, he was able to sell the property above market value. We closed on the property within 5 months of listing. It would have closed within 3 months if not for Hurricane Ian.
