I both bought and sold quickly because Patrick had kept a close eye on the market and comps and made necessary adjustments. I can’t say enough how having Patrick as my realtor made the purchase and selling of my home easy. Not only was he responsive and effective, he is a kind and helpful person who always wears a smile.
