Having used Arleen Lammons as our CPA, my husband and I were already aware of her excellent work ethic and attention to detail, so when we listed with her to sell our property while we moved out of state we knew we were in good hands. What we didn't expect was her diligence, not just to providing a most beautiful listing (that stirred up much interest even during the FL seasonal real estate slump), but also in frequenting our home ensuring everything was in good shape and even flushing toilets, etc. to maintain its state and appearance! Arleen kept us up to date on every time the home was shown, its' condition, any concerns that needed addressing, all feedback from every showing and the state of the real estate market in the area. Having Arleen Lammons as our real estate agent made for a worry free experience in selling our home even when out of state, she reviews every offer and contract with an experienced eye. We couldn't be more pleased with her services and give her our highest recommendation.
