A good experience, even though delayed.

My condo purchase, do to close within 2 weeks of signing contract, was delayed for 2 months do to probate issues. Greta Bost handled the situation in a very professional manner and kept me apprised of any changes or actions concerning the purchase. All went well and the closing proceeded smoothly, even though delayed.
