Being from out of state, the number of virtual home viewings she accommodated was exactly what I needed. She did live virtual home viewings and also recorded ones when I could not attend. She helped me negotiate a fair offer and made sure I was realistic in what I was asking for. She advocated for me, but because she also knows the market so well, she was able to help me navigate how things work down here. She moved mountains for me especially with all of the hassle post hurricane Ian and made sure that I closed on time. Given the increasing interest rates, closing on time was so important and will save me thousands of dollars. Not only was she there for me during the looking and purchasing process, but she has also been there for me post-closing helping me with the home warranty people, referring various contractors, recommendations on places to go, etc. I am so lucky she was my agent and advocate. Given how much she did for me as the buyer agent, I can only imagine the lengths she would go to as your listing agent.
