Seriously. We were difficult. There was only one house that would do, and the seller wasn't biting. Kristen kept us hopeful and showed us houses over six months until our original house came through. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and looked after our interests while dealing with a seller's realtor who may have found his license in a cracker jack box. What a blessing to meet Traci De Wid! Home buying can certainly be stressful as we all know, it can be doubly stressful for those who are having to consider a home for a disabled individual. So many nuances had to be considered for my daughter to be able to maneuver in the home. Traci brought to the table solid advice on the homes we were considering along with the expertise of options to transform the home to an ADA home as well.
