I first met Beth Ruzicka when she was helping my grandson and his wife to find a home to purchase. I was very impressed with the amount of time and effort she put into their needs so when I needed an agent to sell my home, she was the first one who came to mind. It was my first time selling a home so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made it a nice experience. She was totally professional, but at the same time, very personable. Beth was always available when I had questions or concerns. We ran into a couple snags during the process which she handled quickly and professionally. Judith was wonderful and very informative throughout the entire closing process. She promptly answered all of my questions and kept me updated on all the steps. The day I looked at the house we put an offer down and it was accepted right away which would’ve not been possible without her negotiation skills!
