If I can give Clementine 100/10 I would, because she really deserves it. She did an exceptionally terrific job helping us getting an investment house that my wife and I were thinking about for a long time. After the first phone conversation with Clementine we had a feeling that we chose the right agent who understands exactly what we need and won’t waste our time and that was it, Clementine came along with a plan of what we should do and recommended a few options that would maximize our chance of getting a good investment house that we want, sure enough the second house we visited was the one we ended up buying, she helped us getting a great deal on the house, negotiated on our behalf with the seller and their agent, got all the paperwork work done and in no time we were in contract, she provided us with a great inspection company and a few options for lenders. The best part happened when we had some hiccups with the lending bank that we choose which was very particular about a few issues that needed to be addressed, Clementine went above and beyond to get all the issues resolved and worked very diligently with all parties involved to get these issue done so we don’t have delayed closing and even though the bank gave us a very hard time for a particular issue, she still managed to work extremely hard to get the issue resolved, furthermore, she went out her way and asked for advice from other lenders and managed to get another lender at the last minute a day before closing as a back up in case the current lender doesn’t sign off on the deal. I would say Clementine has everything a broker need to be successful, excellent communication, extremely friendly attitude, amazing professional opinion, great fund of knowledge of different aspects of real state. I would absolutely recommend Clementine to anyone who is looking for an exceptional real state agent. I’m looking forward to doing more business with her because simply she is the best!!!

Clementine was very professional and thorough. She guided us step by step from listing to closing. She set us up with a photographer and hosted an open house that went well.
