I am so thankful to have found Tameka after a couple other agents I reached out to were slow to respond and/or did not provide properties that met my criteria. Tameka was professional and responsive from the jump. I live in MD and had one day to travel to FL and find a short-term rental investment property to purchase via a 1031 Exchange. I communicated my needs to Tameka, identified a few properties that interested me, and Tameka went to work scheduling showings, responding to my numerous questions along the way, and sending me listings for additional properties that fit my criteria. Although my search was for properties an hour away from her office, Tameka was very knowledgeable about the market in which I chose to purchase.
