I would highly recommend Deanna Meredith and Donna Reed as your realtor. They went way above and beyond what anybody would expect from a realtor. They staged my house beautifully even did some windows. Showed many showings within a week and a half and sold it within a week and a half. They do all the paperwork and really take all the worry out of the sale. While staying calm cool and collected they solved many issues that arose as they arose and took on any of the worries themself and took it off me. I am disabled and found it very hard to finish getting my house done by the deadline date and Deanna even came over and helped me for hours.
