Short and long situation I had I had signed what I thought was a contract with a previous agent 29 days before contacting Shea my home wasn’t listed on the mls and it was getting very close to crunch time I had moved my family out of state at the direction and promise from the previous agent that the home would sell quickly HE HADNT EVEN LISTED IT in a complete panic I called Shea how I wanted to begin with but couldn’t reach This is when I found out my contract wasn’t even valid with the previous agent there broker never signed it was even a legal document Shea had my home listed that night and under contract in 24 hrs we literally closed in exactly 30 days I don’t know where I would’ve been without her professionalism and quick action she took it upon herself to reach out to another agent who had asked for homes similar to mine to get this thing sold I sold my home only because of Shea Moral to the story be patient and leave her a voicemail I didn’t :( she will get back to quickly thank god I had her the boys and I think you so much
