He was our eyes, looking at pictures on the computer just don't cut it.. we tased with joe in length on what we were looking for and he clearly listened... never trying to sway us into a house just to make a sale. we would find homes and it was a quick phone call to joe and he shot out there to look at it before we lost a chance at it... he sent us video, more pictures and gave us his honest opinion on the properties .
