This review is for Wilton Belidor and he is really a cool, professional, humble and outstanding guy to work with while purchasing our first home. He is pretty young and thus may look like not having the experience, but you will get to know that you are mistaken when you start working with him. He has complete understanding of the local geographical area, who has authentic knowledge on the overall process, he did great job on coordinating and negotiating with the seller and their agents and so on. He will always be available just a phone call / text message away and he will be highlighting the risks / cautions multiple times to make a proper decision, which is outstanding. He is very friendly when it comes to personal and his patience levels are top notch. In fact, he always keeps telling me proactively that "don't be in hurry to lock down your option on a house and I am here to take you as many houses as you want and I am happy to take you.." For a first time home buyer, that kind of patience and support is very much needed and so I highly recommend to Wilton as your agent. Double Thumbs up to him..!! His assistant Sterling also did a fantastic job and he coordinates well on the logistics wrt to scheduling the visits and clearing logistics of visiting home etc. Very friendly and sensible guy. Overall, it's a wonderful experience working with both of them..!!
