Moving from NC to the Tampa area seemed like an arduous journey when looking for a home to purchase. I had not purchased a home in years, but when we needed to update my qualification letter during the weekend I visited, he knew who to call at the mortgage company, and we had updated letters for more expensive houses almost instantly. He provided me insights as to the differences in requirements for insurance in Florida and braced me for the much higher rates than in any state I have lived in. Paul was even so kind to receive a few packages that shipped early from vendors since I had not moved in yet. Paul is a professional. He is a total gentleman and his follow-up is incredible. I can confidently state that because of Paul, this process went through in record time, without any hiccups that Paul did not fix with a phone call.
