Derek was wonderful to work with! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He made finding an apartment feel so easy, and I’m so happy with the place he helped me find. I’m so grateful for his help and would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a great realtor!

he was very responsive and returned our calls and texts in a very short time

I was so lucky to have found Derick and his group. He was so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond any agent I could have asked for. He work with me from another state. He was always so responsive and available when I needed. I highly recommend.

Renee and her team are most dependable real estate professionals. Readily available for questions and honest answers. Special services allowed us to make long distance transactions successful and painless.

I met with several other agents before without hesitation decided to list my home with the Luzzi Team. They were there for me throughout the entire process and exceeded my expectations. They made sure that it was beautifully photographed ,marketed and priced to attract the right buyer. My home sold in three weeks. It was a seamless process.

Renee was great, she was a great help from finding our ideal home right up through the closing. She answered all of our questions and kept in constant contact with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

I live in New Jersey and bought a house in Florida. This happened because Levi Charelus was my realtor. He visited many houses and sent me videos, till I found the house of my dreams. He was very patient and respectful.

I first met Dennis back in 2020 when I began our home search. We stayed in touch from time to over the years until I was ready to make the move. Once we found the home we were interested in, Dennis was able to coordinate showings timely and assist with video showings for my wife who was not present. Dennis and Joni negotiated $25K below the asking price and even got the sellers to replace the AC and fix broken roof tiles. On closing day, Joni and Dennis were present, and Joni continued to work on our behalf to make sure the keys were handed over promptly when the cooperating agent was thinking otherwise. Joni and Dennis made sure we were comfortable throughout the transaction and even after closing by checking in to see how things were going. We would highly recommend them and have already done so with our friends. I feel they went above and beyond with this transaction.
