Lisa assured us throughout our intensive, several-weeks-long search process that she would succeed in getting a condo for us that fit our picky taste, fulfilled our desire to be close to the ocean, and met our modest budget--not an easy combination to succeed in finding in Florida's especially hot market this past summer. Fred is a very experienced real estate agent and extremely knowledgeable with the local area and market. Not being near by and not familiar with local resources, Fred was always on top of things and extremely helpful in making contacts and getting things done. Fred's communication throughout the whole process was exceptional as he was always prompt to answer my calls or texts and answer any questions I had. He attended every showing and was always available whenever needed to open up the house or meet any contractors, workers, etc. He was always proactive and on top of every detail throughout the entire selling process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Fred is professional, polite and simply a pleasant person!
