As Indian Springs residents for the last 19 years, we have been receiving Bobbie’s mailings for quite some time. When we were ready to sell, we reached out to Bobbie first; and we are so glad we did. Her knowledge of both the real estate business in Florida, as well as the Indian Springs community, is vast. She helped to navigate the procedures and paperwork and made the whole process very easy for us. She also provided guidance and advice when decisions needed to be made, but made it very clear that it was our decision and never pushed us one way or the other. Once we made a decision, she supported us 100%. Her professionalism is apparent in everything she does. From the beautiful brochures she had created for our property, to her constant communication. We were selling this property long distance and she kept us informed every step of the way. We never had to pick up the phone to find out what was going on. And last, but not least, Bobbie is a wonderful person. We so enjoyed getting to know her and will continue to stay in touch. Don’t let that fool you, though, she is also a formidable advocate for her clients and we are very glad she was on our side.
