Way back in 2009 my sister and I decided to buy a house together. My sister found Kim and she helped us buy a house together. Fast forward to 2017, I was ready to buy a house on my own and the first person I reached out to was Kim. Fast forward again to 2025, I was ready to sell the house Kim helped me buy in 2017 and purchase my forever home with my child and fiancee. Kim was there for me again. I never thought that this would turn into a 15+ year relationship. Over the years Kim has sent updates about the housing market, holiday party invites and other special events for her clients. She has absolutely turned into a friend and I am so thankful for the guidance she's provided four times now. She has been there for me in my early 20's with no idea how the home buying process works to current day with a child and significant other buying our forever home. She really has watched me grow up! I've worked with her both as a seller and a buyer and she has been fair, professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for someone you can trust to help you make one of the biggest decisions of your life, you won't regret working with Kim. I can't recommend Kim and Hogan Realty Group enough!

Kim Hogan was professional, polite, and compassionate. I am a slow consumer and she was very patient with me. She always did her homework and found out the answers to my questions. And there were a lot of questions. She’s very professionally represented both the seller and me. At the end she continues being my go to person.
