We had a very quick search for homes due to leaving a rental. When we found a home, Kim moved quick. She actually did a lot of the work the selling agent was not doing in order to get us in this home. She also went above and beyond working to clear a number of open permits on the property, again helping the seller as well as us. Do not hesitate to call Kim for any of your real estate needs.
