We came to Florida to look for a place to escape the cold, snowy winters up North. After browsing the real estate ads on the internet we found a few homes that we wanted to consider. The first couple of calls we made went unanswered or directly to voice mail. We called Joe Hall to see if he could show us a couple of homes and he and he agreed to meet with us the next day. He had all of the information on the places we had asked about and also some other comparable places. He spent most of two days showing us homes in the area. He did not press us to buy his own listing but was willing to help us find what we wanted. Joe knows the area, he knows all aspects of the business, is a delight to work with and he always answers his phone. We found a place to buy and Joe helped us through the entire inspection and closing process. You will not find a better person to help you with your real estate needs.
