My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Chrissy Cecil to purchase our dream home. We were confident in her knowledge of the area to find us exactly what we wanted. Her market knowledge is strong and she works diligently to find the best deals! She communicated with us through the whole process, making us feel like we were her top priority, though she has many other clients. Her professionalism and commitment to excellence is top notch. We loved her negotiation skills in getting us very close to the purchase price we wanted. She worked well with the seller's Realtor. Chrissy went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of-from inspections to paperwork to ensure we could close our deal on time. She is very thorough and works hard for her clients! We are so confident in her skills and love her work ethic, that we have hired Chrissy to sell two other properties we own. If you are looking for someone to work hard for you, is honest, and has your best interest in mind, hire Chrissy Cecil--she's the best Realtor we know! We absolutely LOVE our new home!
