I spent several month interviewing too many agents, I became skeptical about finding one that would work for my interest and not their own. So I created a set of goals challenging enough to filter away those agents with suggestions that where convenient only for them. Michael not only took the challenge, he delivered. He sold for the prize I wanted and the terms I asked for. I was convinced he was working for me, and not the other way around. Before working with him I had a really bad image of realty agents, but he managed to gain my trust. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Michael as a trustworthy agent.

Nick was amazing to work with, we were moving to Florida from another state and he went above and beyond by helping us tour homes virtually and guiding us through the process. Just 7 months after purchasing our home we had to quickly sell that home and move out of state again and he again went above and beyond to help us do that. With all of his knowledge each experience was seamless and little effort on our end as he was able to handle it all! Nick is amazing at both the buying/selling process and we could not be happier with each time working with him.
