I spent several month interviewing too many agents, I became skeptical about finding one that would work for my interest and not their own. So I created a set of goals challenging enough to filter away those agents with suggestions that where convenient only for them. Michael not only took the challenge, he delivered. He sold for the prize I wanted and the terms I asked for. I was convinced he was working for me, and not the other way around. Before working with him I had a really bad image of realty agents, but he managed to gain my trust. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Michael as a trustworthy agent.
