Extremely thorough and professional Mr Hales never left me out during this process. He kept me up-to-date and well informed. We laughed when I would express frustration because he made sure to take my stress away. He is very knowledgeable. In fact he helped me through purchasing the home so there was no question who to call when I needed to sell!

If you're looking for a real estate agent who will fight tooth and nail for you, look no further. Jim is an absolute bulldog—in the best way possible. We were navigating a highly complex transaction with multiple contingency sales (at least four other homes had to close before ours!), and he handled every twist and turn with great insight and instincts, patience where we had none, and the utmost professionalism . Not only did Jim help us secure our dream home in Florida at a fantastic price, but he and Tatiana, our Transaction Coordinator extraordinaire, also made sure every detail along the way was handled smoothly and on time. We always felt like they truly had our back—no matter how complicated things got. If you want someone who’s aggressive when it counts, always two steps ahead, and 100% committed to getting you across the finish line, Jim and his McQuade Home Team are it. We couldn’t have asked for a better advocate in this process!
