Tara was a great help with a third party transaction. She was able to be a great point person helping my third party company successfully close with a buyer on listing transaction. Tara was able to secure a buyer during the winter months. She was able to be a great point person working with the actual seller and my third party company through out the process keeping everyone updated on the progress of the transaction to the final closing.

Working with Kim was a wonderful experience and truly a dream come true. Kim was referred to me by a close friend and it was one of the greatest references someone has given me. Her knowledge and years of experience really reflected when we started house hunting. She was so informative along the way and made herself available whenever we needed her. She was very honest with the homes we toured and made us feel very protected.
