First time homebuyer here. Dean was with my wife and I every step of the way! He works hard, answers the phone, and just does an outstanding job from day 1 all the way through to closing. We looked at 6 homes, made an offer on two, then closed the deal on our new home at an amazing price. I have recommended him to a few friends in the Tampa area and would recommend him to everyone.
