Deciding to go with Ashley Kaplan as our realtor was the best decision we could have made to sell our home. It is never a guarantee that your home will sell as fast as you think it would or even sell at all. There is a lot of unknown and uncertainty on the outcome when your house goes on the market. How much do we put it up for? Do we try to sell on our own? Do we know what to do if someone puts an offer on our house?
