We were new to buy a retirement home. I few things we would do differently. Not so sure it was in our best interest to have one realtor to represent both the buyers and the sellers. It was her first time dealing with a manufacture home so she had to research some of our questions - which she did and did get back with us on the answers. We were out of state buyers so that complicates things also.

This very personable young man has made my first Florida real estate experience so easy & enjoyable. His local knowledge impressed me & he was willing & able to go above & beyond what I had expected. He made me feel that I was a special client but I’m sure he does the same for all of his clients. Dealing with Michael from New York by texts & emails was a breeze because he was very responsive to my needs. We searched for a few months before finding my new home & he was super patient with my inexperience. I love my new condo & can’t wait to live there full time. I would absolutely refer all my friends & family to Michael in the future.

Didn’t have to worry about any deadlines, everything was taken care of for me. Only had to sign documents when asked and Kelsey always explained anything I didn’t understand.
