Didn’t have to worry about any deadlines, everything was taken care of for me. Only had to sign documents when asked and Kelsey always explained anything I didn’t understand.

We were new to buy a retirement home. I few things we would do differently. Not so sure it was in our best interest to have one realtor to represent both the buyers and the sellers. It was her first time dealing with a manufacture home so she had to research some of our questions - which she did and did get back with us on the answers. We were out of state buyers so that complicates things also.

Michele was very professional and knowledgable. It has been a pleasure working with her. I highly recommended Michele to anyone looking for an experienced realtor.
