Jillian is one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with! First time selling, so the process was definitely nerve wrecking! Jillian walked us through it. She is so knowledgeable of the area and was spot on when it came to the selling price. You want Jillian and team in your corner!

Buying a house in Florida while living in Virginia was a challenge to start. Add to that a seller backing out of a signed contract, inspections that turned up major problems, and getting outbid on properties and it becomes even more difficult. Janice never gave up, was always so supportive and helpful and by way of a face time showing, found us our Florida home. I have never experienced such dedication to getting the job done. No question I highly recommend Janice.
