My husband and I just purchased our first home here in Gainesville, FL. We were truly blessed to be connected with Phoenicha as our realtor. We connected with her at our very first meeting. She was not only professional, but very personable, relatable, knowledgeable and very thorough. She is just a genuinely good spirit. She was always responsive when we had any questions and always stayed on top of anything needed to move us closer to obtaining our dream home.
