This is the second house we have had Crystal McCall for our selling agent. In both cases she prepared outstanding on-line presentations which showed the houses in their best light. They were both fine houses, but she made sure potential buyers saw them in the best way possible. The first house was in November 2024. The market was not too good or too bad. We got an offer at full price in 4 days after listing. It closed without incident. The buyers were very pleased with the purchase. The sale was completed in less than one month from the listing date. The second house was just this last Spring. We had Crystal list it in mid-February 2026. The market was pretty soft around then, but we had moved out and needed to list it at that time. There was good early response, but nothing panned out immediately. Not being at all discouraged, Crystal continued her proven sales process. She kept us in the loop on a regular basis. We received a firm offer meeting our expectations, and we closed on the house in late April 2026. These buyers were also very pleased with the home. The first house took 3 weeks from listing to closing. We thought that was pretty good. The second took longer. The soft housing market and the number of houses for sale was fairly large. It was just over 4 weeks before we had a firm sales contract. It then closed in a normal 4 weeks or so. We strongly recommend Crystal McCall if you want a tremendous team of sales and office personnel working for you. We are no longer in the Ocala area, but would go with Crystal on a future sale/or purchase if she were anywhere near us.

From our initial consultation, to the final closing Abdias communicated constantly, which helped ease our concerns as markets rapidly changed over the short period of time. He arranged for excellent photographs and videography, which immediately led to many open houses with his agents. Abdias consistently listened to our many questions and as soon as the right buyer came along the negotiations were smooth and the closing went very well. Crystal was absolutely amazing to work with! She really showed that she cared for my husband and I as new home buyers. She truly had our best interest at heart, and always encouraged us to reach out to her with questions about anything anytime. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, she was willing to answer any of our questions, and she even walked us through processes and procedures for things like obtaining a mortgage quote, how to get a home inspection, etc. she stood up for us when things were taking too long, and really helped us get moved in and settled within our preferred timeline. I would definitely work with her again and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Crystal is incredible!
