⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Yevette highly enough! I was buying a home from out of state, which could have easily been a complete nightmare, but she made the entire process so much easier. Yevette looked at A LOT of homes for me, and she was incredibly patient through every showing, every question, every change of direction, and all the complications that come with trying to buy a house when you aren’t even in the same state. She was always responsive, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly what I was looking at. I never felt pressured to settle for a house that wasn’t right. Once we finally found the one, she stayed on top of everything from the inspection and appraisal to repairs, negotiations, credits, and closing. And there were definitely some headaches along the way! Through all of it, I always felt like Yevette was in my corner and looking out for me. Buying a house from hundreds of miles away requires a huge amount of trust, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I’m now happily settled into my Florida home, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Yevette. If you’re looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in finding you the right home, she’s the one. Five stars and then some!

Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder. She is a Five star!
