Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder. She is a Five star!

Nehad and her team helped us find our home in Fl. We were out-of-state and searching for a home that way can be very stressful. She really heard what my needs were and was able to pinpoint some amazing houses and locations. As we had limited time, it was crucial that we used our time wisely. Needless to say she helped us find our perfect house within a weeks time. She made the process go so smoothly. She helped us get our pre-approval since our original mortgage person was suddenly unavailable and time was of the essence. She has a well put together team and made this entire process go so smoothly. Even after the purchase Nehad has been able to help even further in making our house a home. Thank you for everything Nehad & Divine Estates !!
