Susan helped me when I bought the property in 2003, and sorted every single thing for me...from getting a mortgage, to opening a bank account etc etc. I am from the UK so needed her guidance. The service I received was excellent, so when I decided to sell the house in 2020 I hoped and prayed that Susan's business was still operating in these challenging times....luckily, and to my relief I was able to use Susan again. Susan and her team went the 'extra mile' to secure a sale very quickly, and when the first sale fell through at the last minute Susan found another buyer very quickly and arranged for some fairly significant issues to be sorted out with the house to satisfy the buyers bank (as per the inspection report). Without Susan's prompt action...and always with a positive attitude, I am sure the house sale would not have gone through. Every aspect of my dealings with Susan have been excellent, with me always being 100% up to date on the status of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Susan and her team...and when the first sale fell through, Susan's positive attitude picked me up at a low point of the process. If i could give 6 stars out of 5 I would !!!

This was my 1st time selling a house and David was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. He walked me through the entire process and was patient and kind. During the process I had moved to another city and he kept me informed on a daily basis. Communication was always open and he is great in getting you a prompt response. Even after the sale of my home he was helpful with getting the needed paperwork together and sent to the different companies for utility, HOA, and insurance in order to close various acct I had regarding the house. He is very knowledgeable in the field and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family looking to buy or sell a home!

Stephanie was definitely very knowledgeable and friendly, she made buying our first property in Florida so easy and overall we are extremely happy with the result!
