Rich is an exceptional realtor. He is not your typical pushy type of guy who is trying to sell you a house ASAP. On the contrary, Rich is very honest professional, and he does really care about his clients. He helped me to build a house in Winter Garden, and I'm not sure I'd be able to do it without him. He went well beyond the contract helping me to control the whole building process, updating and sending photos of the house every couple of weeks, advising on the inspections, things to pay particular attention to etc. Finally, before the closing he did a walk through with me for like two or three hours. We looked over the house and as a licensed home inspector he pointed out the defects which definitely needed attention. It's not something I have seen done in the business because realtors are not trained in construction, materials etc. Overall, building house especially when out of state is a tricky business. Even when you hire a good builder, they still use local contractors so you'd definitely want to keep it under control. Hiring Rich is like having a friend and a professional on the “inside” that is working for you throughout the process. He is very thorough, honest and professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone trying to buy a house in central Florida.

Susan helped me when I bought the property in 2003, and sorted every single thing for me...from getting a mortgage, to opening a bank account etc etc. I am from the UK so needed her guidance. The service I received was excellent, so when I decided to sell the house in 2020 I hoped and prayed that Susan's business was still operating in these challenging times....luckily, and to my relief I was able to use Susan again. Susan and her team went the 'extra mile' to secure a sale very quickly, and when the first sale fell through at the last minute Susan found another buyer very quickly and arranged for some fairly significant issues to be sorted out with the house to satisfy the buyers bank (as per the inspection report). Without Susan's prompt action...and always with a positive attitude, I am sure the house sale would not have gone through. Every aspect of my dealings with Susan have been excellent, with me always being 100% up to date on the status of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Susan and her team...and when the first sale fell through, Susan's positive attitude picked me up at a low point of the process. If i could give 6 stars out of 5 I would !!!
