After the first contract fell through because of the buyer's indecision, she was supportive and encouraging, and after we re-listed the home, we were under contract AGAIN within a few days. From there, she guided us through the closing process, making sure we had all the paperwork signed in a timely manner and were prepared for the closing day. During the process of selling our home, she was also our agent for our next home purchase, which also went just as well as the first. The home inspector she recommends is top notch and she was a critical line of communication with the selling agent so we could have access to the home to plan for post-close projects.
