He did research on the neighborhood and each property we viewed, and was quick to answer all our questions. Laura did a great job staging and marketing our house the first prospect that seen our house purchased our house at ask. While the market was a little turbulent and most houses were sitting on the market for 100+ days we were able to sell an under a month. She was pleasant to work with and flexible and honest.
