We loved working with Trudie. She represented the buyers when we sold our house and we decided to use her to buy our new house. She is patient, kind and thorough. She is always available and quick to respond. After a year of searching we found our perfect home! Thank you Trudie!

The level of professionalism and quality of service as well as to mention Superior listing. Our house was listed for sale on a Friday. With an open house that she performed that weekend. By Monday afternoon we had two offers by the end of the week we had four offers and we were under contract in less than 6 days of listing the house. She was there every step of the way guiding us through the process. She was there for every need that we required. Gave excellent advice prior to listing and during. We strongly recommend using Nakoma for the listing of your property or land. You will not be disappointed in the quality of service you will receive. Her negotiating skills for Superior to anything that I've ever experienced before. We couldn't be any more happier with the outcome of the selling of this house. It was definitely a bittersweet ending to move on from this house on to the next as she also helped us in our purchase of our next home. Our deepest gratitude to her and her team at iron valley. Thank you to Nakoma and her team for making our dreams come true.

Barry is one of the best, he has sold four properties of mine in the last several years. I would highly recommend him.

We looked at several properties and couldn't make up our minds. We saw several properties several times. She remained patient with us and extended her time beyond reasonable hours.

Strong Market knowledge. Always available to answer questions. One the best I have had the pleasure to deal with over my 30 years of buying and selling properties.
