Vernel made this process so smooth. I was actually looking to buy a lot near the one we closed on. He told me, the one you’re looking at is overpriced and has wetlands on it. He sent me the lot we purchased and it was two acres and a much better price. I’m so excited to start to build our forever home here.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Jenny. Not only is she an excellent real estate agent, but she is also someone I’m truly grateful to call a friend. Throughout the entire process, Jenny was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and explain things clearly. Her patience was especially remarkable when I changed my mind at the last minute and decided I no longer wanted to sell my home. By then, it was too late in the process, and I know I became difficult to work with, but Jenny handled the situation with understanding, professionalism, and grace. One thing I appreciate most about her is that she always makes sure deadlines are met and that everything gets accomplished on time. She stays on top of every detail and genuinely cares about her clients, going above and beyond to support them every step of the way. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is honest, dependable, organized, hardworking, patient, and truly cares about her clients. I am very thankful for everything she has done for me, and I’m even more grateful to have her as a friend.

Richard gets the job done quickly. He was a lifesaver for my daughter. We needed to sell her condo in order to purchase another home in Illinois. Richard made it happen. He was very professional and was able to find a buyer quickly. It was difficult living over 1000 miles away to sell the property, but Richard did it somehow. We could not have asked for anything more. Alan Taylor, Rantoul IL
