Richard gets the job done quickly. He was a lifesaver for my daughter. We needed to sell her condo in order to purchase another home in Illinois. Richard made it happen. He was very professional and was able to find a buyer quickly. It was difficult living over 1000 miles away to sell the property, but Richard did it somehow.
